- What if TaxGo can't handle my tax return?
- We'll tell you before you pay. If your circumstances aren't supported yet, you won't be charged, and we'll explain why so you can find the right help.
- Is my data secure?
- Documents are stored privately, every connection is encrypted, and database access is locked to your account. See the security page for details.
- Can TaxGo submit directly to HMRC?
- TaxGo prepares your return ready for submission. You always review and approve it first, and we'll explain exactly how submission works before you pay.
- What tax years do you support?
- TaxGo supports the most recent tax years. You choose the tax year when you start your return.
- Can I use TaxGo on my phone?
- Yes. TaxGo works on mobile, and you can upload documents by taking photos with your phone.
